Mr. Harmon currently serves in the position of Principal at Oxford High School. He and his wife Holley have been married sixteen years. Holley teaches AP Literature and Composition at Oxford High School as well as adjunct English at Gadsden State Community College. They have two children, Halaya, and Hudson. Halaya is in the 10th grade at Oxford High School, where she is a member of both the basketball team and the cheerleading squad. Hudson is in the 6th grade at C. E. Hanna and plays football and basketball.

Mr. Harmon enjoys the many opportunities to grow and develop professionally that are available in Oxford City Schools. He enjoys staying current on educational issues and helping teachers and staff be the best they can be. He strives for all students to be successful. He believes that all means all. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Harmon and his wife are members of the Oxford First Baptist Church. They spend much of their time watching their children play sports.
